Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai submitted that, from 5th November, 2016 till 17th May, 2022, Petitioner has been produced before the Trial Court either physically or through Video-Conferencing. That, for want of sufficient escort, only on 16 occasions Petitioner could not be produced before Trial Court.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
