The learned A.P.P. Mr.Gavand states that he has statement from the Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai, intimating that the applicant has been released on bail on 29/08/2021. He is, however, unable to make a statement about the reason for his release.

In any case, accepting the said statement, the present application is disposed off.

The prisoner is at liberty to take out the fresh application in case his grievance subsists.
