The prayer is for stay of execution of the impugned decree passed by the Family Court. The decree is of dismissal of the petition filed by the Applicant. There is a decree passed to pay costs to the Respondent-Wife. The decree of costs cannot be stayed. There is no occasion to stay the decree of dismissal of the petition filed by the Applicant. Hence, there is no merit in the Application and the same is rejected.
