This is an application for fixing the appeal for final hearing. The applicants are convicted for the offences under Prevention of Corruption Act. The appeal has been admitted in the year 2013. 2.

Learned advocate for the applicants (original respondent nos.1 and 2 in appeal) submit that respondent no.1 is aged about 73 years and respondent no.2 is aged about 59 years. Respondent no.1 has retired in 2007 and respondent no.2 has retired in 2018. Both the applicants herein were acquitted by the Trial Court vide judgment and order dated 31st December 2012.

Considering the aforesaid facts, hearing of appeal can be expedited.

ORDER
