It is an application for restoration of Appeal. 4.

On 10th April, 2018 the Registrar (Judicial-II) passed a conditional order and directed the applicant to remove all the office objections within four weeks. The Appeal was

The learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions, undertakes to remove objection within three weeks from today. In view of this and for the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 10th April, 2018 is recalled and appeal is restored to file, subject to cost of Rs.2,500/- which he shall pay/deposit, with Kirtikar Law Library, High Court within two weeks from today. Failing to comply with Undertaking and payment of cost, within the stipulated time, appeal shall stand dismissed, without further reference to this Court.
