1] By this application, the applicant is seeking permission to travel abroad namely Bucharest in Romania from 8th April 2019 to 30th April 2019 and from 1st July 2019 to 30th August 2019. 2] The record indicates that, by an Order dated 6th February 2017 the applicant was granted pre-arrest bail by this Court. One of the condition in the said Order is that, the applicant shall not leave India till framing of charge without prior permission of the Court. The record further indicates that, the police have already completed the investigation of the present 1/2

appp.378-2019.doc crime and submitted chargesheet. In view thereof, the applicant can be permitted to travel abroad during the said period. Hence, the following Order:- (i) Applicant is permitted to travel abroad namely at Bucharest in Romania from 8th April 2019 to 30th April 2019 and from 1st July 2019 to 30th August 2019.

(ii) Applicant is directed to submit detailed itinerary to the concerned Police Station at least one day before he actually starts his journey.

(iii) Applicant is directed to report to the concerned Police station on 2nd May 2019 and 2nd September 2019 i.e. after he returns to India from abroad.
