This application is for bringing the legal heirs of deceased petitioner on record. It is pointed out that petitioner died on 10/12/2020. The death certifcate is enclosed. The applicant Nos.1 and 2 are the legal heirs. Now it is pointed out that even the applicant No.1 Hurriyat Mahmood Siddique has died on 30/4/2021. 3.

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed. 4.

The applicant No.2 is only surviving legal heir of the petitioner as well as the applicant No.1 Hurriyat Mahmood

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
