He states that the statement recorded in the order dated 8th February 2017 that he had already adopted a remedy against the order dated 31st May 2014 is incorrect. Even assuming that the said statement is incorrect, the order dated 8th February 2017 clearly and correctly records that the Petitioner has a statutory remedy available under the Maharashtra Land Revenue rkmore
