The application of the Petitioner for bail has been rejected by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate by order dated 08/03/2018. The Petitioner is therefore free to approach the appropriate Court challenging the said order and in the process for bail. However, this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot go into the legality and propriety of the said order dated 08/03/2018 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
