906.wp3023.15.sxw However, Shri Jahagirdar, learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 submits that in view of the statutory provisions, the election programme was required to be notified within 10 days from the publication of voters' list. However, in view of the directions issued by this Court, election programme was not notified. We make it clear that since this Court had directed election programme not to be published, the election programme be notified within 3 days from today and shall be construed to be published in accordance with law.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
