Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has two months old child, who is presently with her in Yerwada prison. It is stated that the Applicant is in custody since 07/01/2018. Considering the aforesaid facts learned Special Judge is requested to expedite the trial and to conclude the trial preferrably within a period of 16 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
