Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the trial has commenced. However, he is not aware of the stage of the trial. The crime is registered in 2017 for offence punishable under section 302 r/w 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the trial has commenced, prayer for bail cannot be considered.
