Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1 states that Respondent No.1 has no objection, if S.Y. Padhye, who is appointed as Arbitrator in Arbitration Petition No.40 of 2014 (M/s. Mahafeed Speciality Fertilizers (I) Pvt. Ltd. vs. Astute Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. & Ors.) is appointed as an Arbitrator. In the circumstances, by consent, the following order is passed:

i) Shri S.Y. Padhye, Additional District Judge (Retd.), 29, Sylvan Retreat Range Hillls, Ashok Nagar, Pune - 20, is appointed as sole Arbitrator under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties.

The Arbitration Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs.
