Mr.Mangesh Bachkar, attached to Kalamboli Police Station, Navi Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the police have filed charge sheet on 6th May 2024, in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.4, Panvel, Navi Mumbai and the same has been numbered as R.C.C.No.361 of 2024.

2) In view thereof, Mr.Dalvi, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to avail alternate remedy available under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, before the trial Court.
