In view of the statement made by learned APP, on instructions, the learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application and seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file an application, after filing of the charge-sheet, before the trial Court.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits and if an application for bail, after filing of the charge sheet is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid application.
