1] After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present applicant with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court if the trial arising out of CR No.49 of 2017 registered with ANC Unit Bandra now culminated into NDPS Case No.37 of 2018 does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
