In view of the aforesaid statement and inasmuch as the Petitioners have already filed proceedings before the Tribunal, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach the Tribunal.

We make it clear that we have not entered into the merits of the matter and the Tribunal is free to pass orders as it deems fit.
