By this application, the Applicants pray that names of the present Applicants be mentioned in place of the original Applicants in Civil Revision Application No.794 of 2014 which is pending for admission. The CRA No.794 of 2014 is at the stage of admission. No notices have also been issued. Considering the averments made and the documents annexed the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Since the application is allowed in the absence of Respondents any legal effect of the substitution will be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondents.
