Learned PP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been released on Covid parole.

From a perusal of the contents of the application addressed to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice by the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner wanted his release from the jail.

This petition can conveniently be disposed of by directing the concerned jail authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision if grievance of the petitioner subsists till date. 4.

In view of the above, we direct the concerned jail authority / Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik to look into the grievance of the petitioner if still subsists and to take an appropriate decision in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within three months from today.
