Mr. Patil, learned APP, on instructions from Jailor Grade-1, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune-6 submitted that, the Petitioner has been acquitted by the Trial Court from Sessions Case No.876 of 2017 arising out of C.R. No.273 of 2017 registered with Paud Police Station, Pune and has been released from Jail on 12th January 2023.
