Perused the order dated 20-12-2014. After hearing both the sides the conditions are relaxed and order, as far as clause Nos. (iii) & (iv) are concerned, is modified as under : (iii) The Applicant shall attend Kalachowki Police Station, Mumbai once in a month on every first day of the month; and (iv) The Applicant shall maintain a Diary in respect of his attendance at Kala Chowki Police Station.
