Heard Mr.Kedar Lad, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr.Meelan Topkar, learned Counsel for the respondent, at length.

This is an application for recalling the order dated 23.1.2017, by which the petitioner was given three weeks' time for removing office objections, failing which the Writ Petition was to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. As the applicants did not remove the office objections, the petition stood dismissed in default. Mr. Topkar submits that the petitioner in W.P. No.1877/2015 has already removed office objections.

Mr. Lad assures that after restoration of Writ

In view of this assurance as also for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. W.P.(St.) No.2902/2016 stands restored to its original position. The applicants shall remove the office objections within two weeks from today. Order accordingly.
