This Application is moved for bail. The applicants/accused are facing charges under sections 307, 143, 147, 149, 353, 332, 333, 435, 337, 338 & 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 of the Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act and section 37(1) (3) r/w. 135 of the Mumbai Police Act in C.R. No. 6 of 2015 registered at Nhavasheva Police Station at Navi Mumbai.

The incident of assault and damages to public property has taken place on 18th January, 2015. There are total 25 accused and earlier 16 accused are granted bail by an order dated 4th March, 2015 of this Court. Therefore, on parity, these accused are also granted bail on similar terms and conditions -

O R D E R

(i) The Application is allowed.

903.BA608_2015.doc (ii) The applicants/accused be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in a sum of Rs. 15000/- each with one or more local sureties from State of Maharashtra in the like amount.

(iii) The applicants shall furnish their permanent address as well as their address in State of Maharashtra. Applicants shall furnish their cellphone numbers with an undertaking that in the eventuality that there is change, they will inform about the same to the police forthwith.

(iv) The applicants shall furnish landline numbers and cellphone numbers of one of the nearest family members. (v) The applicants shall also give an undertaking to the police station that they would remain present for all the dates, scheduled for trial and also at the time of filing of chargesheet. (vi) Violation of any of the conditions imposed shall amount to cancellation of bail forthwith.

(vii) The applicants shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
