Perusal of Petition indicates that, Petitioner was having grievance against functioning of Respondent who at the relevant time was designated and appointed as Special Judge under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA Act), Thane. If the Petitioner is still having any grievance against Respondent, he can make appropriate Application to the High Court Administration on its Administrative side about it. 2.

According to us, the prayers of the Petitioner for taking action against Respondent, thereby scrutinizing his functioning and taking appropriate action against him while exercising our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable.
