Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Respondent No. 1 has passed away on 3rd September 2021. He states that the impugned order has been passed under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

He states that as the Respondent No. 1 has passed away, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition.
