Prothonotary and Senior Master is directed to issue certified copy of the Probate in TP/732/1968 and forward the same to the City Civil Court, Greater Bombay in connection with the Suit No.7469 of 1983. After perusal of the aforesaid probate, the City Civil Court shall exhibit the said Probate, if necessary, and retain the same permanently, if required, on their record. However, the City Civil Court shall not return

2/2 wp.3369-16.doc back the said Probate to any parties to the proceedings, under the prescribed Rules even after the appeal period is over and shall preserve the same permanently.

In view thereof, the Petition is not pressed and is disposed of accordingly.
