We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned AGP for the State.

The Application is already filed by the Petitioner under Section 5 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, 1906 on 10th January 2022.

In the light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. The Petitioners may prosecute their Application before the Mamlatdar in accordance with law. Basavraj G. Patil 1/2
