There is delay of 244 days in filing the present Application. It is stated that, the Applicant No.6 passed away on 7th April, 2018 due to cancer. That, the Applicant No.6 was intestate and the other Applicants are her sisters. It is therefore, prayed that the Applicant No.6 may be permitted to be deleted from the array of Petitioners. Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and deletion of Applicant No.6 from the array of Petitioners.
