Mr.Salunke, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that this petition is filed on the ground that though a statutory appeal was filed by the Petitioner assailing the order dated 22 October 2013 passed by the Competent Authority, the Appellate Authority was not available to hear and entertain the appeal filed before it. He states that he has instructions to inform the Court that the Appellate Authority is now available and the Petitioner is pursuing the statutory appeal. 2.

In view of this statement, further adjudication of this Writ Petition is not called for. All the contentions of the Petitioner are kept
