Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred to amend the Petition so as to incorporate the challenge also to the order dated 16 October 2019 passed by the Deputy Director of Land Records below application for condonation of delay. 3.

The Petition is at pre-admission stage. Liberty was granted by this Court by an order dated 29 January 2021 to challenge the said order. 4.

In view of the above, the Application stands allowed. 5.

Necessary amendment in accordance with Schedule I be carried out within a period of three weeks.

Amended copy of the Petition shall be served on the Respondents within SSP 1/2
