By the present Petition, Petitioner is seeking relief of lodgement of First Information Report on the basis of his complaint. 2.

Petitioner is having substantive alternate remedy at his disposal and without availing the same has directly approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

In view of the above, learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate alternate remedy as may be permissible under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code.
