DATE : 27 AUGUST 2015 P.C. :- 1] There is really no necessity to interfere with the two orders by which the Trial Court and the Revisional Court have directed the respondent to deposit compensation at the rate of Rs.8,000/- per month pending the suit. Ultimately, these are interim orders to operate during the pendency of the suit.

2] The learned counsel for the respondent points out that the suit is now posted for evidence on behalf of the petitioners. Considering that the suit is of the year 2008, the hearing is expedited. The said suit along with other connected matters instituted by the respondent should be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eighteen months from today.

skc 3-WP-4966-14 3] Further, it is made clear that the directions in the impugned order are only interim and therefore, the Trial Court need not be influenced by any observations therein, when it comes to determination of compensation at the stage of final disposal of the suit.

4] All parties to cooperate in the matter of expeditious disposal of the suits / proceedings 5] All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.

6] Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
