This is transit anticipatory bail application in connection with CR No.127 of 2021 registered with Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad, Telangana State for offence under Section 420 of Indian Manish S. Thatte Manish S. Thatte Date: 2021.03.22 11:14:04 +0530 Penal Code and u/s 66(D) of the Information Technology Act. 2.

The applicant is resident of Thane. Notice under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C was issued to the applicant's company M/s.Mass Freight Forwarding LLP. The applicant is the partner of the said company. It is submitted that to enable the applicant to move appropriate Court, protection is sought for a temporary period of four weeks.

It is submitted that on account of pandemic situation, reasonable time would be required for the applicant to make arrangement to prefer application before appropriate Court. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed and disposed of;

(ii) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR No. 127 of 2021 registered with Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad, Telangana State, the applicant be released on bail on his executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) This protection is granted for a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to approach appropriate Court for appropriate reliefs. 4.
