By the above Miscellaneous Civil Application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure,1908, the Applicant-wife seeks transfer of proceedings of Marriage Petition No. HMP/127 of 2016 filed by the Respondent-husband and pending before the Civil Court, Senior Division, Panvel to the Family Court, Mumbai at Bandra. 2.

Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent:

(i) The parties shall conduct the proceedings through video conferencing.

(ii) Both the parties shall not seek adjournments and shall proceed with
