The application is filed for restoration of contempt petition No.335 of 2016. The said contempt petition was filed as the concerned police station did not file charge-sheet within the stipulated time as directed by the Court in the subject FIR. Mr. Muzumdar, learned counsel for the applicants, does not dispute that now the charge-sheet has been filed in the subject FIR. We, are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the civil application and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. [A. M.
