That, the Petitioners have already filed an Application for discharge before the trial Court and the same is pending for final adjudication.

2) It may be the reason that, since the date of filing of present Petition i.e. 15th March, 2018, the Petitioners or their Advocate on record have not taken any efforts even to circulate the Petition. 3) Dismissed for non-prosecution.
