Heard learned Counsel for the Applicants. The Respondents are absent though served. Civil Application No.1630 of 2015 seeks condonation of delay of 132 days in filing the present Second Appeal. The reasons for the delay are stated in paragraph 5 of the Civil Application. The reasons are adequate. Civil Application No.1630 of 2015 is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Office shall now number the Second Appeal and place the same for admission on 4 April 2017.
