This Contempt Petition is filed alleging breach of order dated 27.06.2001 passed by the trial Court as also the order dated 30.07.2007 passed by the appellate Court.

Mr. Joshi submits that during the pendency of this Contempt Petition, Mr. Babasaheb Tambe, presently holding the post of Nayab Tahsildar has purged the contempt. Ms Bane confirms this fact and states that Mr. Babasaheb Tambe, Nayab Tahsildar is present in the Court.

As the contempt is now purged, it is not necessary to initiate the action. Notice issued on 02.03.2016 is discharged. Contempt Petition is disposed of.
