The applicant was directed to be released on bail by order dated 25th January 2017 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.2837 of 2018. The applicant was also permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for six weeks. Learned advocate for applicant submits that the applicant has submitted documents for furnishing surety, however, the surety is yet to be accepted and the process of acceptance of surety would take some more time.
