1] These petitions are directed against the orders dated 01 March 2016 by which the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) has declined interim relief to the petitioners.

2] In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present cases, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned orders. This is because, the MAT has made it clear that any further action of the respondents will be subject to the final decisions in the original applications instituted by the petitioners. That apart, it has been made clear that the original applications will be disposed of finally at the stage of admission itself.

3] In fact, the matters have been posted for final hearing on 28 March 2016. The learned counsel for the respondents also assure this Court that necessary replies will be filed and the parties will co-operate in the matter of final disposal of the original applications. Accordingly, we request the MAT to dispose of the original applications as expeditiously as possible and in any case by 30 May 2016. 4] With the aforesaid directions, these petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
