Counsel for the applicant has handed over an amount of Rs.97,000/- as reflected in the order dated 1st April, 2021 to the complainant. Apart from above, Rs.83,000/- out of total defalcation of Rs.1,80,000/- was already paid to the complainant. The said statement is not disputed. Apart from above, it is brought to my notice that the complainant has already cleared all the dues of the loan with Bajaj Finance.

In that view of the matter, ad-interim protection dated 1st April, 2021 stands confirmed.

Applicant shall attend Investigating Officer from 27th BGP.

December, 2021 to 30th December, 2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed. 4.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
