The learned counsel appearing for the parties tendered the consent terms which are marked 'X' for identification. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the respondent is personally present in the Court who has signed the consent terms and that he has accepted the contents of the consent terms as correct. He states that the statement made in corrected paragraph 7 is true and correct.

2/2 fa-2081.05n group.sxw Consent terms are signed by the Advocate for the respondent, the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Metro Centre-I, Uran and the learned Additional Government Pleader.

Hence, we pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The Appeals are disposed of in terms of the consent terms; (ii) The consent decree/ award shall be drawn within a period of two months from the date on which this order is uploaded; (iii) Writ of this order along with record and proceedings (if received by this Court), shall be dispatched to the Reference Court within a period of one month from the date on which award/decree is drawn;

(iv) We direct the appellant and respondent to appear before the Reference Court on 2nd August 2018 at 11.00 am. The Reference Court shall pass appropriate order regarding cancellation of bank guarantee, withdrawal/disbursal of the amounts, if any, pending in the Court.

(v) Pending Civil Applications do not survive and the same are disposed of.
