Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the affidavit in reply of Shri Owais A. Momin, Assistant Director of Town Planning filed on behalf of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. We accept the statement made in paragraph 4 of the said affidavit. It clearly records that further steps for redevelopment shall be taken only on submission of consent of 100% members of the respondent-5 Association.
