By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking condonation of 24 days delay in filing Civil Revision Application. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing Mohite 1/2

22 cac210-18.doc the present Civil Application. Hence, following order: A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"The delay of 24 days so caused in filing of the Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.3306 of 2018 may kindly be condoned."

B) Registry is directed to place Civil Revision Application No.3306 of 2018 on board on 06.03.2019.
