By the above Petition a direction is sought against the Respondent to take action pursuant to the complaints made by the Petitioner which are at Exhibit B dated 8-12-2017 and Exhibit C dated 19-12-2017. We direct the Senior Inspector of Police, Nerul Police Station to look into the said complaints of the Petitioner and take an appropriate decision thereon and communicate the said decision to the Petitioner. It is contingent upon the decision that would be communicated to the Petitioner that the Petitioner can seek appropriate recourse in law. The decision to be communicated to the Petitioner within 4 weeks from date.
