The learned Counsel for the applicant-insurance company submits that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited in the M.A.C.T. Satara and some part of the compensation amount also allowed to be withdrawn by the respondents-original claimants. In such circumstances, learned Counsel requested to dispose off the present civil application. 2.
In view of above submission and the deposit of amount before the M.A.C.T., there is no propriety to keep the present application alive for further process.
