By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the appeal. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that no statutory defence is raised. He submits that Insurance Company has disputed the liability of the Insurance Company to pay the compensation on the ground that the offending vehicle was not involved in the accident and has further challenged the quantum of compensation awarded by the Tribunal.

Megha 4_caf_2385_2016.doc on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3 (original Claimants). He has no objection to condone the delay of 62 days. Even otherwise, the application is dismissed as against Respondent Nos.4 and 5. 3.
In the light of the said statement and the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The appeal is ordered to be registered after removal of office objections, if any. 4.
The application stands disposed of.
