The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Petition. The ground made out is that the Applicant is a Senior Citizen being 67 years of age and also that the Applicant does not have any premises in Pune to reside and therefore has to reside at Chennai. Having regard to the said facts, the above Civil Application is allowed, resultantly the above Petition to be listed for final hearing after the ensuing Christmas Vacation in the week commencing on 18-1-2016. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
