The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the trial has commenced. In that view of matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application and the same is rejected. 2.

However, considering the fact that the applicant is in Jail since 30 April 2016, the Trial Court shall endeavor to conclude the trial as early as possible.
