Heard Mr. Purshottam Chavan, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant. The relief sought in the Interim Applications is regarding substituted service of respondent No.1(a), 1(b) and 2. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to respondent Nos.1(a) and 1(b) returned unserved with postal remark 'No such person in his address' and as far as respondent No.2, the notice mp 1/2

5 IA 1229 2021 returned unserved with postal remark "left". It is mentioned in the application that the address of respondent No.1(a), 1(b) and 2 mentioned in the cause title in the memo of the respective writ petitions are the only last known addresses known to the applicants. 2.

For the reasons set out in the interim application, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 3.

The Interim Application No.1229 of 2021 and Interim Application No.1797 of 2021 are disposed of.
